I took my wife here because she wanted to look at earrings. When she was doing that, I was looking at their watch selections. They have way more selections here than their other stores in the mall. My wife found an earrings she liked and she also went next door to Michael Khors because it's basically connected to each other. So she got 2 items here and the customer service we received here was very good.

This place marks up prices at the register to get around company discounts. I bought 2 bags on Black Friday that my receipt shows as $60 and $69. The same bags online ring up for that price. The cashier then overrode the sale price to be $80 and $92!! When I asked about this (returning to the store), the cashiers said ‘the system puts in random prices, we can’t help it, it’s a problem with the system’ That sounds like a lie to me. This store is NOT honoring fossil’s discount prices and buying online is cheaper. Don’t buy here, just order online, it’ll be cheaper!

The staff at this place is amazing from the top down it appears. They are extremely kind and I wish I could visit them in person. I spoke with a few associates and they were so helpful!

We went in to get 11 watches for our bridal party, and Diana was beyond helpful! She was patient, gave helpful suggestions, and assisted with custom engraving on all of them. She easily assisted with ordering one that was not available in store, and made the whole process painless. Wonderful experience, and we will be back again. Great deals!

I have been shopping here for years and I never leave empty handed. Bought a great Fossil Smart Watch for my Galaxy Flip 4. Yes, Galaxy isn't the only watch that is possible. Also bought another regular stylish watch and a çasual cross over the shoulder men's bag. The employees are all top notch. Raudel did a great job with helping us. It was like his 3rd day on the new job. Really respectful, eager to make us happy and truly genuine. They will even pair and program your watches. Oh yeah, we just moved across the street from the outlet. Don't miss the surprising prices at Fossils either. Chuck Collier

I stop to look for a handbags the fellow was nothing helpful to help me for what I was looking and not shoppers around to try to make the sales, this is sad.
